Jaycees is an international community of citizens between the ages of 18 to 40 with the aim and purpose of creating positive changes in the world. The organization believes that these changes must result from one taking "collective action to improve themselves and the world around them."

Dear fellow JCI members and friends,
I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to all members, Senators and Past Presidents of Dharan Jaycees for their great contribution and support to provide me such a great opportunity to be a President of Dharan Jaycees for the year 2011.
We all know that JCI is a worldwide community of young active citizens ages 18-40 who share the belief that in order to create positive change, we must engage in areas of activities such as community development, international projects, business and individual management. Such actions demonstrate members’ social responsibility and improve themselves through participation, leadership and action.
’Attitude determines altitude’. Dharan Jaycees is focusing on the activities develops positive attitude. Dear JCI Fellow members, please join with us to our mission to provide development opportunities that empower our young members to create positive change both in them and in their local community.
I proudly take this opportunity as ‘learn to lead’ and I believe my team of BODs, members and Past Presidents support is much important for me to accomplish task assigned to me as Chapter President.
